Returns & Exchanges

At PONY, we want you to love your style; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unworn condition with all fashion tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
